for the latest Let’s Draw Sherlock challenge
For the latest Let’s Draw Sherlock challenge.
*SPOILER-Y DESCRIPTION*: In this scene, Richie Tenenbaum (Sherlock), whom has just checked himself out of hospital after cutting his wrists, returns to the tent set up as a spare bedroom in his childhood home to find his adopted sister Margot (John) is in there listening to records. Sitting together on the cot, they confess their love for one another and share a kiss.
RICHIE: I have to tell you something.
MARGOT: What’s that?
RICHIE: I love you.
MARGOT: I love you, too.
RICHIE: I can’t stop thinking about you. I went away for a year and it only got worse and I don’t know what to do.
They then lie down and have a brief discussion about Richie’s suicide attempt.
MARGOT: Why’d you do it? Because of me?
RICHIE: Yeah, but it’s not your fault.
MARGOT: You’re not going to do it again are you?
RICHIE: I doubt it.
Margot, whom is already married to someone else, rises and exits the tent, turning around only to say “I think we’re just going to have to be secretly in love with each other and leave it at that, Richie.”
Sorry for all that text
(and for the angst)
why do I draw things that break my own heart?!
"We laid on the mattress and tumbled to sleep/ Our eyes align, swaddled in our civvies/ Cradled in our dungarees/
But you, my brother in arms,
I’d rather I’d lose my limbs
than let you come to harm”

I told myself I was going to draw something serious for the latest Let’s Draw Sherlock challenge.
Then this happened.
Michelangelo’s Creation of Adam became The Creation of Johnlock.

March Moleskine Madness Day 18: Dreams
I often have dreams in which my teeth fall out.
Sometimes they just come loose and wriggle out, sometimes they break and shatter, sometimes they crumble. (The crumbling is definitely the worst).
